How To Wear Threaders
Hold the earring by the post, which is the end without the charm 
Gently insert the post through your ear from the front or back 
Pull the earring through until the desired length is reached 
Adjust the length by gently pulling on the chain
 
I like to loop the chain through my second hole to make it more secure.
